Tomorrow is the big day..the Grand day!! The doorway to gourmet, artisan, yummy in your tummy pizza will be opening at 11am tomorrow!! This has been an amazing process! Justin and the crew have worked so hard and so creatively these past few months. I'm seriously so proud of them all. We have a wonderful team. Which is always a huge blessing! There will be 10 signature pies on the menu and of course a build your own option. Our signature pies will rock your face off. Even our regular ole' cheese pizza is was a huge hit! Mozzarella, aged parmesan with a dash of dried basil and garlic salt??? Seriously, people. Yummy.
Our pre-opening party was amazing this past Sunday! Beautiful evening full of free pizza and Music!! Shane and Beth Barnard sang in the back of two pick up trucks, a long with a fabulous local artist Tori Vasquez. The guys said they served around 500 slices of pizza that evening!! The line was out the door and across the parking lot most of the time! SO much fun!! If for some reason you didn't get a taste. Wish we could be there! This looks awesome! We'll definitely try to come by when we come through for the holidays.
I can't wait to try it...I think I will go this week! I was so sad that we were out of town during the opening party, but I heard it was a popular place to be! Where can I get the coupon?
